The DSJL is open to serve the community, both Jewish and non-Jewish, with something of interest to all. The children and young adult collections are available allowing for specialized programs for these age groups to be created, sometime soon. How Can You Help
How to Help?
There are many ways in which you may support the Library through donations of money or time! The Downtown Seatle Jewish Library is a Division of Chabad of Seattle a 501(c)3 organization under the IRS Code and your donations may be tax deductible. Please consider supporting the Library through one of the following opportunities.

We welcome anyone who would like to help in our library. It's a great opportunity for anyone looking for community service for high school graduation credit.Call us at 646-296-9019
Volunteer
Some tasks available for volunteers are maintaining order of books on the shelves, help with organizing events, and help with getting the word out that we're here to serve the community. The DSJL can always use the help of volunteers.
